Burger King - Feedback

What Lillian Hauck doesn't like about Burger King:
always rude, timetable is often wrong. I ordered to eat there several times through the official app and never knew that my eating was ready, just stand their wait until someone would talk to me (sometimes 15 minutes.) I understand, fast eating is not a fun work most time, but at least be professional and not take it on customers, especially those who give them no problems. ? they have a digital kiosk where they can order themselves, which is nice to increase efficiency. the personal is ok, but they seemed to have difficulty giving people their food, they need to scream the order numbers louder, no one can hear them. the food was good. View all feedback.
