Mcdonald's - Syracuse

During my visit to this McDonald's, I encountered a loudly spoken manager who seemed to be quite imposing. She continuously shouted at a new employee, giving the impression that they do not properly train their staff. This affected my overall experience, making me feel that there are better McDonald's locations to choose from.

I would recommend that anyone in a rush or who does not want to wait 20 minutes for an order avoid this restaurant. The service at the front counter is consistently slow. There is never anyone at the register, and if they are taking phone orders, I suggest refusing to place one. It is frustrating how they ignore customers and the excessive wait time for orders. The service here is totally unacceptable.

I used to dislike coming to this McDonald's, preferring to travel farther for better service and correct orders. However, I must say that this place has made major improvements in the past year. The experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The two large fries were hot and fresh, and the delivery driver arrived quickly. The Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese was fresh and the Filet-O-Fish I ordered was also delicious.
