"Not a great place to work from. I just wanted to spend the morning working remotely at a coffee shop, 15 minutes to get there, 5 minutes to order, 15 minutes troubleshooting my internet on multiple devices to confirm that it was on their end but the staff couldn't be bothered to even look into it. Packed up and drove home where I started but minus almost an hour that I'll have to make up, and $11 dollars for a pastry, coffee and unused refill that tasted a bit bitter at that point. I just wanted a chill place to work and I feel like they are not that anymore."

"This spot is a gem! My daughter and I had high tea this afternoon. What a lovely time we had! The delicious tea, fresh from the oven scones, and finger sandwiches were perfect! It’s a lovely place with charming table tops and decor. Plus live piano playing! Terry is a very special lady who treats her guests like family. As do the other staff! We were greeted with hugs and left with them as well! We will most definitely return!"

"I ordered my pizza at 8 a.m. when I came home (over 25 minutes drive) and found the pizza burned it was already closed. I called the next day, and the man who answered did not want to help because I had ordered it from another crew. When I pressed him on the matter that he added when the furnace is closed, it is not checked so often because they clean. I told him I wanted another pizza and offered to return the pizza and take photos. He said the owner was on vacation, but could take my number. I called again this night and they refused to make a replacement and simply offered a refund. I wanted to give them another shot, but suck their customer service and the pizza was not edible. From 1 to 4 stars: I spoke to the owner who agreed to make things right. He was very nice and apologetic I can say he really cares about his business. My concern is that he asked me to inform them in advance so that they can take care of me well? I am too paranoid for it and want a consistent experience. But the sauce on the first pizza was good and they have high quality blows. I don't go back, but from the other good reviews, my experience is not the norm."
