best vegan restaurant in manila! it is on the high-end page, but it is really worth it. my favorite is the gaudi, their take on lasagna with raw ingredients and the emerson, lentil loaf with rice or kartoffel and vegetables with marinara sauce on the side. Lovely place with a vegan menu. It’s now under Frieda’s management and has a different menu than before. I didn’t try it before, so not sure how it compares to the previous menu, but the current menu is good. However, the portions are not big and the service could be better.
