"Super delicious famous Tainan beef soup ~ We probably didn't have to wake up at 5:00 to try it (it wasn't too many customers yet), but it was certainly nourishing! The broth feels so clean and perfect for sick days. The beef is also very QQ, with a beautiful Bouncy texture, and perfectly paired with the sweet ginger diving sauce. Yum!"
