Booked a table for 9:30 we arrived a little early and we’re told table would be 5 minutes. Then at 9:30 we were told the table still was not ready and would be a further 10 to 15 minutes. At this point we ran out of patience and left to find a table elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Why accept the booking if they don’t have the tables available. Dinner was very good, food and wine. The service was very friendly and professional and reasonable prices. The only problem was that the credit card machine was out of operation and we had to pay cash. Okay, sometimes it happens, but they should let us know before we order and not at the moment to pay the bill.
