"We have eaten at Bärenwirt three times now and every time has been exceptional. You can choose between traditional Austrian specialities or the chef's own more modern creations. Everything is freshly prepared from scratch with mostly local ingredients and a huge amount of effort is...put into the food and many components (oxymel, distilled medlar juice etc. you would never find anywhere else.
