This rating is not based on the pizzas themselves, they are yum but the delivery and phone system is ridiculous. We order delivery from here every Friday night and it seems to be done through a internet based company. Most weeks it is okay but last night, OMG, so frustration, order at 6.35 pm, didn’t get the usual notification that the order had been confirmed by the store so rang them at 7.40, which we had to do multiple times because they just kept saying hello, then would hang up. Finally, about the 10th time someone could hear us, a miracle, hadn’t received our order from the online company, money had gone out of the bank though, my husband was very firm with them and finally they found the order and it got here about 8.10 pm. It didn’t used to be like this so something isn’t working. This is not the first time we have had problems getting someone to hear us on the phone and not the first time we have experienced delivery problems. We will try somewhere else from now on.

Arrived to be told online order wasn’t ready, 20 minutes later she gave me order that had been sitting on top of the oven since I arrived and told me multiple times it wasn’t my order. Food was cold, order was wrong. Can’t follow simple online order requests. No seemed to have a clue what was going on Service: Take out
