"Ordered 4 cookies on the app... unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances wasn't able to get to the store an hour later. Was informed when I arrived the cookies was sold out (seen some had the cookies i ordered while i was waiting) if someone purchased online or on the app you seriously need to make sure you can fill those orders!!!... now have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. This was probably the best cookie I have tasted in their lineup, the rest have been ok... mostly bland and not flavorful or real buttery.More than likely lost this customer for wasting my time, gas, and money!"

"We made it like 10 minutes before closing. we hate to do this to restaurants, but our children were picked up late and we had been looking for a week to kill?. the personal was so friendly that they were not rude about our timing. I hope they know how simple gestures like that is what makes us come back to Cairos after the time. so grateful for her and her delicious food. they make our date nights perfect."

"I paid $20 for a to go order. When I arrived I asked if I could add some queso and a side of pico. I told the girl I only wanted a small size.. and was told too bad it only comes in one size and it’s $2.75. (It’s massive mind you and all I wanted was one tiny ramekin). I was annoyed but I agreed to it. Then when she went to get me the pico and queso I asked for extra chips. I was told I already had enough chips and they charge extra for more chips. Even though I ADDED some queso and this massive side of pico I was charged for. There was no effort whatsoever to accommodate me or my situation. I understand you’re a small business and prices on food have gone up, however I’m in the service industry and our prices have gone up as well but I accommodate my customers. If somebody wants a smaller side of something I can manually ring it in for a lesser price and bring them a smaller portion. I understand you have to raise prices, but do better at accommodating your customers. I’ll not set foot back in this place after this experience unless someone wants to rectify it; and it’s sad because I grew up going here since it opened. I asked to speak to a manager and she never went and got one just told me this is how it is. Too bad. Completely un-accommodating and frankly rude. I never leave bad reviews but I am pretty heated about the way I was treated just now. The attached photo shows the ridiculously massive side of pico, and the two other containers smaller containers were the perfect size I had asked for but was flat out refused. Do better at treating your customers as human beings if you want your business to stay open."

"After a second visit, I think it's fair to say the Farehouse is a good establishment, nothing about it really stands out, but it is a good place for drinks and food. It's a charming little place inside of a larger community of small business, a place for locals to hangout.It is nice to see a bar well stocked with some of the finer spirits in such a small town but do yourself a favor and get a new glass with every drink, no drink should be served without fresh ice.I think it's also fair to say the farehouse serves a good pizza, although the price seems a bit high for what they serve, especially when it comes to the Pimento cheese. Oddly enough they go heavy on the cheese and light on the crostini, seems a bit backwards to me, either way it's very good so spread it thick.Cheers!"

"Overpriced! Meat was not fresh. The 6oz. Thin sliced ribeye with fried beans and rice and a little bell peppers and tomatoes is $24.95. See the photo, I mixed the beans and rice, that is $24.95! The ribeye didn?t have a price on the menu so I thought it might be less than $20 but I was wrong. It tasted like it?s been sitting in the ref before it was cooked. The taco plate $9, did not look appetizing and small portion. See the photo, it was served like that. The meat was cheap, No salsa or tomatoes, cheese and lettuce on the side. I asked for the salsa and I was pointed to the bar to get it. I was hungry but I have to get up to get my own toppings! We will never come back to this restaurant. The place looks nice outside but old and dim inside. Sorry! I seldom leave a feedback and it?s negative. Zero stars!"

"After hearing others talk about this place I'm so glad I finally got a chance to try it out. I got the lunch buffet and got to try a few different ones and I was very impressed. The crust was perfect and had the right amount of cheese, sauce and toppings. The atmosphere of the location is great and since the weather was perfect I sat outside which I don't do often and was able to relax. I will definitely go back and would like to try something else off the menu."
