Can’t fault the coffee, cakes or the pleasant English guy whom I presume is the owner BUT… the chap serving the coffee wearing dungarees, hat and white beard (looks a bit like Father Christmas with tattoos) is utterly rude and arrogant with absolutely zero customer service skills.
