Disappointing Americano coffees for the two of us this morning, Sat 15 April. Not up to the usual standard. Definitely couldn't have been made by usual staff as so different. Very poor, weak flavour milk had been put in by staff before serving (please don't do this! which meant we couldn't choose how much to put in according to taste.
