What Michael Garland doesn't like about Einstein Bros. Bagels:
The manager was rude. There was no one in line and she was rushing her cashier to count the 10 coins I gave him (at 10:30 AM so they weren't close to closing or anything). They messed up my order, and when I asked the manager for it to be corrected, she acted like it was my fault. (I asked for a bagel untoasted and cut, but in her rush she handed me an uncut bagel from the basket and proceeded to act like I never ask... View all feedback.
