Server and a customer scream inside each other. Customers argue about their order. Very distracting. Manager cannot control the customer. Hard to judge, but the latter is very uneducated and no manners. Not busy. Good food. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. View all feedback.

What Yesenia Quigley doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
They changed their hours at 9am Saturday, Sunday and Monday, but never updated anything. The shield says that the dining room is closed at 9 a.m. and that it is shut off. I'm here at 9:10. Anyway, I was looking forward to it. Bummer View all feedback.
