What User likes about El Tlacoyo:
I read about El Tlacoyo in the Phoenix New Times on my flight to Phoenix from NYC. Had to try. Phenomenal tacos (Sausage and Nopales, Pig Mags and Chicken) and Cattle Tent Burrito! The salsas are also good from the hook. If I had more time or a bigger belly, I would have eaten the way through the whole menu. If I ever come back to Phoenix, I'll go back to a very empty stomach. What Manny Lopez doesn't like about El Tlacoyo:
Be prepared to overpay for half decent food. Also beware of their 15% Service Fee with a party of 5 or more. Notice it is not considered a tip in their eyes nor is it a gratuity fee. In addition to a variety of dishes, the menu also offers a diversity of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by visitors, even if these have not yet been recorded.
