I came here on a whim with my husband for my birthday. I got the Lotus Root dry pot, something I've never had before, and it definitely did not disappoint! Beautiful presentation, delightful and vibrant flavors, and the rest of the veggies were only lightly cooked so they still had a great crunch to them.
