I had a great time at 15 degrees C in SLO. I met a friend there and we had a nice charcuterie board and some great sparking rose! The atmosphere is upscale but warm. They have many choices of wine available for taste and to buy by the bottle. I was shocked that we were the only ones there for 2 hours, I do realize it was a Thurs. at lunch time. A place where we really enjoyed stopping before Covid. Recommended at the time by the Hart family (Ambyth Estate) during a big tasting tour with French winegrowers and wine merchants. Alas, the place has changed and there is no longer a single natural or even regional wine ! Surprising in our time!
