"This was our first time eating at The Pully Bone. I was in my map program searching for a nearby restaurant before we went back home to Rosston and liked the interesting name. We both had the daily special, which on Monday is meatloaf with two sides and a bread for $10.99. The meatloaf was good (not great) but the rest was outstanding! My carrots were as sweet as sweet potatoes. The mashed potatoes definitely were real and not out of a box. My wife said her green beans were excellent. The owner and head cook came out and chatted with us for a while, he actually wanted to know what we thought of the meatloaf saying it was a new recipe. His wife bakes all the desserts except the cream pies, which he prepares. I had the Keylime pie, yum! I would have gladly eaten a whole pie! My wife said her hot peach cobbler was to die for. The owner said he'd put their chicken-fried steak up against anyone's. I think we'll have to check that out next time we're in Texarkana. We will definitely be back. They offer dine in, patio dining, takeout and drive-thru. They also gave me a military discount."
