a warm welcome here, a thoughtful touch there, right through the crema on the coffee at the end, I was stunned by the quality in the display at little chips in ramsgate today with my best friends. they come by, honestly, they're gonna do their day. what a nice surprise after we found out that the seaside brasserie was good at the ship! Unfortunately I can’t leave less than one star, but if I could I would! What a disappointing experience. Left feeling absolutely deflated, overpriced menu with an added service charge that means staff need no reason to treat patrons with any degree of customer service.
