We stayed here for one night as part of a road trip. The hotel is nice and the staff checking in were friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfy. The cleaners however were so unbelievably load, slamming doors more times than I could count. We always stay here when we go to Houston. This last time was the worst. We sat in the lobby for 3 1/2 hrs because we were early. This has never been a problem before. My wife is a cancer patient, and this was very hard on her. They told us the room was ready, but it was $50 to check in early.
