What Marco Mireles doesn't like about Schlotzsky's:
It makes no sense that they do not accept any promotions even if it’s rewards from the schlotzkys app. Every time I collect enough points for a free sandwich they never take it. Design of restaurant is different for starters, sandwiches good. However what impressed us the most was the excellent service we received. Young employee, Darcy ? , went out of his way to do his job well, not just bringing everyone their food, instead of calling the #s, but brought us a to-go box before we asked, and even got trash from outside that wasn't related to the restaurant because he cared about the appearan...
