We have dined at this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed our meals. We are familiar with the chef and his wife from their previous restaurant, so we typically order the same dishes we used to enjoy there. The whole snapper cooked with Shallot and Ginger or Salt and Pepper is outstanding, as is their Peking duck.
