I've been to a couple of grill'd places before and the food has always been good but at the kotara site today it was excellent. i had the garden goodness burger and my mum had the summer sunset burger and we shared some sweet potato chips with tomato relish. everything tasted so good and the staff were all happy and smiling even though it was very busy. we didnt have to wait long for our food and will be back! I went to Grilled tonight (Friday night) and ordered a Almighty with double meat and no onions. As soon as I had the first bite on the burger I realised it came with onion (it was not the first time this has happened) anyway, I took the onions of and ate my burger. Have been a regular at The Junction for some time and Grill'd never disappoints. While I refuse to pay $1.50 for a small tub of sauce (are you guys serious?) ... the food choices are good, the service is good, the food is presented well. Gets a tick from us.
For years I highly rated grilld and couldn't fault them. However, grilld you seem to be unaware is one bad experience is all it takes to undo this. Tonight I placed phone order and Call was dropped before I could get price of order. I was told order would be ready in ten minutes but it was more like half hr. your counter staff were too pushy and gave the worst service I have ever received. After waiting for half hr my order finally arrived to being asked whether the order had been paid for. I mean seriously your staff were aware I had been sitting there for half hr so of course I had paid. My order was never checked with me so your one saving grace that got you from one star to two was the fact that my chips order was wrong leading me to get more than what I had ordered and got extra sauces.
Vraiment un tres bonne endroit, pour une grosse faim, première impression du personnel : pas souriant ! Mais apres tres bon personnel car j'ai changé de personne. Qualité de la viande au top, frites aux herbes, vraiment tres bon. Really à very good area, for a big hungry! My first impression of the staff: not smiley ! Then, good staff, I Prefered change of people though. Quality of meat it's a best, fries with herbs, really really yum.
Large variety of burgers to choose from. Friendly staff with quick service. Value for money with plenty of seating area
