Relaxed friendly bar with a good range of cocktails and drinks. Only issue i had was it was a very hot day and there is not enough ventilation. All the windows need to be open if you weren't lucky enough to be sat next to one. View all feedback.
What JodieF doesn't like about Academy Espresso:
It looks lovely in there, really looking forward to it however it was like sitting in a green house. It's was uncomfortably warm and oppressive and when we asked a staff member if we could open a window, he told us he didn't know where the tool was to do it and just left us to it. A beautiful dog-friendly caffe. cost-effective eating for the part they get, but otherwise a great experience after a trip to the beach
Water rich coffee too expensive could be better for cheaper everywhere in barry at least the dog liked it

Delicious coffee and great food. Staff are brilliant…..our pooch enjoyed a little pupachino!
After lunch at Goodsheds, headed to the Coffee Academy to chill out a bit. Fablas Ice Cream Truck was parked outside, so grabbed a cone before heading in for coffee. I must say that the soft serve is really nice but a tad too sweet for me. Couldn't really taste my hot chocolate after that. but the Coffee is really nice, my friend even bought the beans back home.
