We had booked for a two-night stay and arrived in time for Sunday lunch. Despite being 5 miles from Barry itself the pub was packed, and remained so until about 20.00. There are a number of areas for families and children. Despite that, we were able to find a quiet spot in the bar and enjoy a lovely Sunday lunch.
