"This hotel looks fabulous after the renovations were done. The place just looks amazing. The staff are always wonderful and well mannered all round and the service is great both at the bar and the kitchen. The meals must be the most expensive in town though so its not the cheapest hotel to eat at. Paid over $60 for 2 people which I think was ridiculous, its bad enough we have to pay out the nose to have a good time and drink some alcohol. Prices for the food definitely need reviewing as the prices keep me from continuing to visit your hotel. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5"

"We waited in the drive through to order then had to wait about 15 minutes in the waiting Bay only to get COLD fries a chicken burger that my wife couldn’t eat. If I didn’t feel so strongly against littering, I’d have dropped the lot out the window in their car park! The WORST Macca’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of using."

"We visited the KFC on a drive to Cairns. It was just horrid - the eating area was dirty with food on the floor and sticky tables. Someone has started to empty bins but got no further than dragging them half way to the door and then leaving them there. Service was not rude but indifferent and our order took a long time - it seemed that no-one there had a clue what they were doing."
