Ratstuebli - Thun

What thisdrinkinglife likes about Ratstuebli:
First pub of the day, in the centre of the towns square, the Bistro bar. Nice frontage, in keeping with the traditional style of the city. As it was morning, few customers, ordered a beer I tried before and enjoyed in Thun, a Valaisanne Biere de Cave which was a Zwickel beer (typically a cloudy beer), but which I didn’t particularly like this time. What MG GM9977 doesn't like about Ratstuebli:
I visited this place for a breakfast with 6 friends and we had a terrible experience. The owners made us pay the bill twice. When asked for a refund, despite the owner saw the two payments, refused to give back the 27.50-. For the owner, I think that losing clients for 27.50-.
