"As these are dining reviews .. I can't strictly rate that, and they seem to be very positive in general. My experience was concerning an impromptu visit I made last Wednesday lunchtime, whilst I was wanting to go to the toilets urgently. I went in, and not being able to find them, enquired with a young lady member of staff by the bar. I received, what I considered to be a curt and indifferent response indicating where they were. I found them, and can't fault the high cleanliness and aesthetic touch to them. On venturing out I bumped into same member of staff going through the door, and still wasn't impressed the lack of politeness displayed. So I left feeling that I could have been treated better!"
