We had a perfect imperial and a hearty sausage salad. the atmosphere was brilliant. the witness was very kind. a special place for good people.

At the end of a seven-and-a-half kilometers long walk around the lake, the boat house seemed like only the place to lunch. we ate kartoffel salad and seasoned and drank a beer that I could hardly have done with the local customs. Eating was okay. the girl who took our order was helpful and service was prompt. we sat outside on a wooden table with a beautiful view the sun radiated and the sea sparkled.

Ate hear everyday I was at the lake. Family business ,great food/deserts. Prices are reasonable. Bring cash no cards are allowed which is no bother to me. I’m glad I found this place and would definitely visit again if I’m in that part of the...world!

Basic tasty food. Nice view of the lake. Quick service. Different language menus if your German isn't great.

We stopped for Cafe und Kuchen tried the local cake (proper Black Forest Gateaux). This place is just great. The staff were helpful (I ordered in German and they pointed out the alcohol in the cake for the pregnant decaf drinker). The toilets were clean....A perfect place to stop towards the end of a clockwise walk around the lake. Enjoy the views. To note: the outside at least was 'self serve ' go inside to order and collect your coffee.
