We meet up with old friends on a regular basis at the Hilden Manor and have always been very well served and looked after. The management and staff are knowledgeable and efficient and very friendly. The service here was awful. We were kept waiting over 5 minutes even to be shown to our table. Our main course was not cleared for ages until we summoned a waitress. We gave her our desert order and nothing arrived until we asked again. It was nearly 30 mins since we ordered before our dessert arrived. When we asked for the bill it was nearly £30 too high.
