beautiful small place near the top of the city, only at the burg bus stop. has a few screens to see the football or other sports, plus a few quiz and fruit machines. it is not really a place to go out for a big night, but does a good quiz every Sunday night, where the 50p enters as the prices are used. they can get in the regular around £40 quid for the first price if its not too quiet. but all the time I was, it was... Lovely pub but terrible food and service. Roast beef was tougher than my old boots,desert came out without ice cream as on menu. ,the cream on the banofi pie had gone off tasted old and stale,My sister was given a dirty spoon with her desert,The lad serving us needs training on how to look after customers and smile,shame as bar staff were great.
