"I went in on 09/01 this week, and we have to give kudos to the workers, they were hustling, happy, and attentive. I have to say this is the best service industry experience I had since 2020, which is surprising as this is sandwich shop with short interactions. Thank you for creating a great team!"

"This is the worst Brueggers location ever!! No matter how long the line is, there are always 2 employees just standing around behind the counter. I just left there as I only had a short lunch break, and the guy behind the counter just played with a towel for 5 minutes instead of asking me what I needed. My order is plain bagels in a bag, unsliced. It should never take more than 3 minutes in ans out. Never again!!"

"It is so very nice to order ahead, skip the drive thru line, walk in and pick up my beverage without any wait. So nice that I did it twice that day, both before and after my appointment. Love the wide selection of drinks, hot and cold, for whatever feels right today. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, making it perfect for a quick break in the midst of a work day."
