"So i went in just for a simple cup of coffee and piece of slice with a friend, and what i thought was going to be an easy process turned into a night mare.Whom i assume was the manager belittled a training staff member right as she was trying to work the till. The young girl apologised to me for taking her time and explained she was still training, and the boss was down right just rude to her and told her to just move, pushing her out of the way.Then our coffees took 15 minutes to get made, which doesn't sound like long, but we were the only ones in the cafe. The coffees sat on the bench for a while and were cold by the time we got them. The coffee was also burnt.then we were given the wrong slices and when we took them back up the lady whom i assume was the boss just huffed at us and ripped the plates from our hands.The workers there were lovely and kind in nature, but unfortunately the lady in charge just seemed very rude. I wanted so badly to love this place, as i had heard nothing but good reviews, but was sadly let down."

"Can only comment on the breakfast we had here recently. the cafe is near the cbd and had some on the grounds parking, although it quickly becomes full. we have a table on the old veranda overlooking the laurel bank park. the coffee was very nice and the service was surprisingly fast. the food was very delicious and well presented. the only thing that stopped me with 5/5 was that the big breakfast had cut the ham instead of speck and a sausage, although the roasted tomato was awesome along with half avocado. this is just my personal preference. Overall and nicely eat price cafe with very wallpaperstry, we will be back."
