Fantastic Festive afternoon tea ! One of my friends was gluten free , and was all beautiful. Warm scones , plenty jam n cream ,various cakes, sandwiches including A gorgeous bit of Christmas Cake. Christmas cracker too . Great attentive service ,well recommended View all feedback.

Manager,no management skill.,rude abrupt, and gobby. Rooms not clean ,stains everywhere, shower dirty, hard to turn on.cobwebs on bedroom ceiling Food out of buffet meals s ome cold ,some warmish ,some nearly hot ,waiting on staff in dining room out of recommend this hotel to anyone.
