We went here for a birthday dinner, and the food was certainly up to expectations. I had the veal liver (very tender) as well as an excellent tomato soup and the fruit crepe for dessert. My wife and I dropped in for dinner after a movie. The place had a great atmosphere. My wife ordered the duck which she was told would be very tender but was in fact very chewy. I had the beef bourguignon. The mashed potatoes were Luke warm at best and there was very little beef. Our water David was very inattentive. Great place to meet friends. Did not like the plating of my brunch dish but it tasted amazing. We all had a wonderful meal. Our server, Jose, was great!

"The seat is a big one, but the food is delicious! We tried? bad for you? So? What? All three dishes are out. You are creative fusion courts I doubt that you can have them anywhere else! "Mamajoun is a place I've wanted to try since they first opened. I finally got around to it!The place is part restaurant, offering Armenian pizzas and more, and part grocery store. Offerings include preserved meats and preserved fruits (jams) of all types.Our meal started with an order of Mante (beef dumplings). It was served in a tomato sauce with yogurt and spices. It was a great way to start our meal. Other choices included the Papajoun and the Armenian Pizza, both suggested by Mirhan and both delicious.The Papajoun was a flatbread pizza with ground beef, spices, and a red pepper paste. We added some hot peppers. It was folded and toasted, giving it a nice texture. Yummy!The Armenian Pizza was topped with soujouk (an Armenian sausage), beef, onions, tomato sauce, and cheese.
