The Theater District is one of the more distinctive neighborhoods in Toronto. Lee Chen provides a lovely Chinese food experience before a show or just for dinner. The signature soup dumplings are the big draw. I am giving this restaurant no stars, not because I sampled the food, but because they refused us service based on my blind companion's guide dog. The hostess told us they had a no pets policy at the restaurant.
