The Thirsty Duck is another Irish pub on Queens Street but this one comes with a difference. To begin with it is not a huge sprawling pub. You walk in and you feel like you have come to Mom's kitchen. The Bar area itself fits in half a dozen tables and the rest can go use the inner room with its three bench tables. My friends and I used to love coming here but it was so terrible today, I felt compelled to write about it. The service was very rude and the menu was so inflexible. Only fried eggs. They won't do scrambled. Seriously. Also no subs if you're not crazed about meat. Not even a sliced tomato or a bit of salad to go with the overfried eggs on a plate. Horrible manner with customers.
