"What a gem! I had the short rib and shrimp. The meat was cooked perfectly as was the shrimp. The house red was great.The waitresses were very attentive and efficient. I hope more people will take the opportunity to visit this restaurant.Next time I will go for the Elk!"

"Gave 3 stars just for the price and the cute 1950s western motel motif. Stayed here one night. Pros: cheap, bed warm and comfy, large space and kitchen table, clean linens and towels, friendly front desk gentleman. Cons: loud heater, no microwave, small shower with knobs stick halfway out so you bang yourself on them, very gross and dirty floors with sticky spots and dead bugs, don't seem to have been cleaned in a long time so I never took my shoes off, dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom when I arrived. The sign in the gift shop say lol I'ms breakfast 7-11 in the cafe but showed up at 10am and the door was locked. Based on other reviews it seems the cafe hours are sporadic. Not sure if it's Covid, off season, or short staffed."
