What Jean Arnold doesn't like about Les Tables de la Fontaine:
The cassoulet was not mastered, it was drowned in breadcrumbs which almost overflowed the dish. I have never, ever seen that! A tiramisu or a baba will never be as liquid as it was. “It was the specialty of the house.” The sauces served with the fish are not controlled, too strong in the mouth, they erase the flavor of the fish.
