We ate here quite late one evening (would recommend booking!) and unfortunately after taking our order we were told both my starter and dessert were not available anymore! Just wish I'd have been told before ordering but I guess it does show the food is fresh? I wouldn't say the food is anything special but good French good. The starter/main combo is great value.
