"This is a place that is driven by the love of good eating and the wine! the chef is Hungarian and has worked in several high-end restaurants all over the world. now in this small Provencal village, he practices all his skills at a very fair price. what a joy. eating is always delicious, locally inspired and often with an Asian dish on the menu (worth try). the other owner is very interested in wein and has local wine producers on the list. the ambiente is warm and relaxed."

"Excellente adresse, nous y sommes allés deux fois en une semaine, menus inventifs et très bons produits de saison. Petite terrasse sympathique sur la place de Trans, accueil attentif de Fred et cuisine recherchée de Justine, vins locaux à des prix très raisonnables. Tout conduit à faire de ce restaurant une parfaite adresse pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. Réservation indispensable."

"An excellent restaurant What a pleasant surprise, this restaurant with a large map allowed us to enjoy the last night of our holiday. We were particularly well received by the servers and the bosses who are adorable. The dishes are delicious and very well valued and their desserts especially homemade ice cream are excellent!!! The decor is very nice and you feel like it at home. If I have the opportunity to return to this city it is with pleasure that I will return to this restaurant"

"We went to the Mimounia on the advice of several people and frankly, we join them to do the same. We re-ga-leaded, it's all done home by the mom. The flavor of the dishes is exquisite, you feel the love of the kitchen in it. The son, in service, is of unquestionable kindness and good humor. No doubt, the best Moroccan we ate. Thank you."

"Reservation made on 13 July for 8 persons. A high reception, with fresh water bottles that you can no longer see ... At the takeover, the waitress sold us so well, with regional products Burger prepared by the chef, it was just waouhhhh, I'm not talking about kebab with a specially prepared bread. Frankly nothing to say, thank you and good continuation."
