"Very well executed food, with influences from all around the world and especially South America. The use of ingredients unusual in Europe, is well balanced, and the dishes are the expression of an elegant and at times quite classic fine-dining approach. The level of food was very high, especially the main dishes, fish and meat, were outstanding. The food deserves the two Michelin starts and the other accolades. In terms of quality/price ratio, probably on the expensive side, but the uniqueness of the food proposal is worth the visit. The area where the restaurant is situated it's not the nicest, the restaurant inside is nice and the atmosphere is good. The service overall was nice, although I would have liked more details and information about the dishes and the inspiration of them from the waiters. The rhythm of the food felt also slightly too fast for my preference, and I didn't always have time to pick the drink for the next dishes because of that, especially if I didn't like the first choice proposed by the sommelier. "Such incredibly tasty food! You could easily miss Amrutha Lounge when walking in Earlsfield, as we have and wow what we have been missing!! Incredibly delicious food and the £20/25 buffet option is the way to go! Your table transforms into an explosion of colour when the food arrives.
