"First time trying this place , had the Big Easy sandwich ... chicken salad with avocado on their unique crunchy bread , delicious . They even threw in a free fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Will definitely go back :D"

"?Chicken lemongrass and rice? was spicy, but it did not advertise that on their menu. Unfortunately, I was not able to finish it because I cannot handle much spicy food. The rice was also hard and not well cooked."

"I ordered here by grubhub and the driver brought me someone else order and grubhub refused to grant a refund although they were due. I called panera and explained the situation and the manager (david, I think) was so friendly and offered me to remake my meal for me, although he did not have to and it was not her fault. excellent customer service and delicious food. I will order here definitiw (but not by grubhub)"

"Started making this a weekly breakfast routine. Stays pretty busy but service is fast and the employees have always been very friendly, with excellent customer service. I will caution you however that the spicy version of their sausage patty is in fact very spicy. Caught me off guard. I'm a Cajun and love my spicy foods but I don't believe I have had a spicier sausage patty anywhere else. May have been that particular batch and it's normally not quite as hot but on that day it was pretty damn hot. Tasty though!"

"Cold Stone is basically as good as your own recipe but if you 're not in a creative mood they have so many options on their creations menu that anyone could find an ice cream/toppings combo to satisfy their sweet tooth. I was worried that it might arrive too melted since I ordered delivery but I paid the extra $2.99 to ensure that my order came directly to me without any other pickups or dropoffs and it was perfect consistency. So why only 3 stars? The first time I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch in store) they put such a small piece of banana and so little caramel or almonds that it just tasted like French vanilla. But since the recipe sounded so good i tried it again this time and paid for extra everything. I had the 'Gotta Have It ' size to split with my husband and while he was eating his half first we noticed that every bit of toppings was on the top and sides leaving a center equivalent to at least 1/2 the cup) that was solid plain vanilla. They didn 't chop it up and mix it through which is the whole concept of the place. They didnt even start making it until my delivery driver arrived to pick it up so maybe they rushed it but that 's no excuse. I 'm very disappointed because its a rare occasion for me and I didn 't get what I wanted. I used to get Cold Stone with my family at 2 other locations prior to moving here and this has never happened before. So I suggest skipping the delivery and order in person so they make it in front you and you can make adjustments on your ice cream if it isn 't looking they way you want. So now I know why it survived the delivery without melting at all...because it had a solid center : . This review is for the Tracy location only."
