What Dean Thompson likes about Spudulike:
Absolutely brilliant meal, Steak and Ale Pie, Jacket Potato, Mushy Peas and Gravy with a drink for £10. Staff were lovely and polite, the serving area and counter were spotless and the food was cooked to perfection. Such a nice change to see real unprocessed food among the sea of fast food fatty nonsense of KFC, McDonalds and even worse!!! Sadly this was full of disappointment. Potato was small, topping was minimal, salad was awful..cabbage and lettuce?! No taste at all. Staff were disengaged and bored stiff. It was very quiet compared to the other chains. Should have wondered why really. Nothing like it used to be. Had hopes given the link with James Martin but very much let down. View all feedback.

really rude staff and terrible service. spoke to you like you were a child. mean girl energy even from the 50 year olds who worked there. Awful customer service...

The restaurant offers a dining area with chairs and tables, and there's a counter where you can sit down and taste. If the weather are right, you can also eat outside, and for your baby or toddler, there is a baby high chair.
