What Angelo C doesn't like about Cabalen Sm City Trece Martires:
Several of the dishes that should have been warm were cold. The tahong were all shells, eventually I found one still inside the shell it was smaller than the smallest coin in the Philippines. "I ate at this restaurant twice. I went for lunch, stay for 2 hours and eat all you can. All the food was great, I tasted everything except for the sweet corner. Everything is freshly cooked so it's delicious.. we were very full and we stayed there for 1 hr only because we get sleepy when we're full after noon. To sum up everything was great!
