I absolutely love Bamboo Grill. The food is amazing and the customer service is top-notch. It's my favorite place for authentic Jamaican cuisine. I have only positive things to say about every dish I've tried. My go-to choices are the oxtail, beef patty, and now the brown stew chicken. Okay ! Let's just start by saying never again ! I guess I was expecting too much ! I ordered the Curry Goat and Oxtail platters for a total of 38.00 ! The rice was extremely dry and overcooked ! My husband and I drove all the way from Philly to try out this restaurant and it was very much worth the 45 minutes trip! The staff were friendly and they play real nostalgic reggae music that brought us back to our honeymoon in Jamaica hehe. 10/10 recommend
The food is delicious but the customer service is lacking. Long waits on the phone past 10 or 15 minutes, always putting people on hold. Haven’t been able to call in order for a while because of this. Please do better.
OMG!!! Best Jamaican restaurant in New Jersey PERIOOODT!!! Great music and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming unlike most Jamaican restaurants. My friend Julia put me on to them and I see myself eating there again next week lol
I love eating in bamboo grill. I drive 45 minutes to get food, that is how much I love eating. most food I had was great. I love the curry, curry huh and the snapper. I love the curry gat, but I think it's a bit on the expensive side. the Mac cheese and cauliflower are very delicious. I recommend the plantains not every time I had them, they were dry and cooked.
Everything is immaculate! I came from south jersey for other reasons after trenton, but decided I wanted to taste some of their food. that was the place where I decided and I am very satisfied with my decision.
