We dined in this newly relocated Cucina Maccaroni in Sept 2017. We had two wonderful experiences. The first night we ordered dinner off the a la carte menu and the next we tried the chef/owner's fish tasting menu. Wife, front of the house manger and sommelier offered nicely paired wine courses. Decor is fresh, uncomplicated and sophisticated. If we are ever in Fiuggi again, we will certainly return! View all feedback.
