make sure they know what they want before they enter. only the way to order is on two large tablets on the wall when there are more than two or three people waiting, it takes forever. the order is not intuitiw and the staff does not have the opportunity to change an order after completion. we were excited to add donuts, but the server could not give us the donuts until we finished back into the line and another order...
