"I was driving by and decided to pull-in and order at the drive-through. My Iced Capp was made decently well, and satisfied my craving for the day! Also, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, with no tomatoes, which was very good. Usually I don't get food here, but I would recommend trying one of their salad sandwiches! The person at the window was very nice and had a great attitude."

"Service was over the top. My dad uses a walker and the staff was so accomadating to his comfort. Table server got all 6 orders, including appetizers right. Check the table often. On negative is veggies were luke warm to cold. Meats were hot. Overall great experience for mom and dad's 57th anniversary.Food: 4/5"

"I worked here part time, while living in New York for a year. What fun, being the only male server. BEST DONUTS IN THE WORLD. I'd fly back from the south, just for a donut and coffee. Miss my coworkers, but miss the guest the most. This place made me feel like I was back in my small country town. Great atmosphere"

"I had a super nice experience coming here. I am aware that you can only order through a machine and it would be nice if there was the option of doing the payment process through a person as some people prefer it that way.Being said that, I love how much detail was put in this place! I was going just for a bubble tea and ended up buying a box of mochi donuts because the look so cute and are delicious.I also like that you can adjust the sugar level in your drink. That is always a plus for me.I will definitely come back!"

"It's expensive they charge 3.75 for a dish of soft serve ice cream that I'm used to being a free dish for a pet in Marion I was expecting to pay maybe $1 or $2 and then I found out that was the large but there's only 2 ice cream shops in Troy and this is the closest to me"

"I stopped in to get some donuts to go.The people in front of me, a man and woman, had placed their order and we 're waiting for it. I was the only other person in the store except for the 6 employees behind the counter. None of them greeted me. None said ,I will be right with you, none said anything to me. So I waited and waited and then finally in a loud voice said Have a good day and I left. Horrible service! No service! I called the phone and I got the manager 's voice mail. I left the message and my name and number.The rest of this survey does not apply to me as I got nothing to go, was not allowed to place an order. So I got nothing.and I spent no money as no one would take my order. My recommendations would be Go to Casey 's and get a doughnut and the staff will speak to you.Thanks"
