This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. My order took 3 hours to arrive, despite my numerous attempts to call the store during that time with no answer. After experiencing it myself, I now understand why this restaurant only has 3 stars. I placed an order last night and waited for 3 hours, but it never showed up. Even after the 3 hours passed, the app showed that it had been delivered, but I still didn't receive it. To make matters worse, they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to contact them.
