"There are about 5 or 6 places in the Greater Capital Region that make truly great wings. The Ale house is among that group. Before I go any further let 's define truly great wings. A great wing is not too big. Good wings are not about lots of chicken meat. If you want lots of chicken, order chicken tenders. The skin to meat balance of so-called jumbo wings is out of whack. Wings shouldn 't be too small either. If they 're too small they 'll overcook too easily and what little meat there is turns to rubber. Crispy skin is an absolute must. A great wing is crispy, but not leathery, with perhaps some well-cooked crunchy bits here and there too. If the wings aren 't crisp, they 're an instant fail. The meat underneath that crispy skin should be tender and juicy, and never dry or rubbery. The wing should be fully coated in 'just enough ' sauce. Too little sauce and it 'll be bland and dry. Too much and the wing will become soggy. Soggy wings are a sin, and it 's why any wing aficionado will only eat their wings moments out of the fryer. Time is the enemy of crispy wings. Take out ruins wings. The perfect wing is not too big or too small, with crispy skin, tender and juicy meat, and just enough sauce. The above sentence describes the wings at Ale House. The Ale House 's wings are nearly perfect. They are truly great."

"My absolute favourite place in troy. amazing eating, great drinks (both with and without alcohol) and honestly some of the best employees I've ever met. the owners can be found routinely behind the counter itself, as hard as the incredible people they employ. everyone has great suggestions if you don't know what to eat, drink or play, and it's always a welcoming environment. not to mention their fantastic events and how queer inclusive the space is. I'll take anyone I can there as often as I can. they appreciate the security of their customers and their employees and made a killer job during the quarantine to smile and provide great food and drinks. I would give them 13 stars if I could"

"I never had Lazeez until today and it was the best Indian food I ever had. I went with a takeout and everything was still hot and fresh when I picked it up. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Makhani, Vegetable Samosa and Garlic Naan. I highly recommend them. Iwill definitely get food from them again."

"One of my favorite places. I get a lot of them and that was my first time personally. Very clean and well run. All fixations looked fresh and the counters were very clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant. The food is amazing and I recommend you to get either a 2-protein or 3 protein shell and mix and match. I had spicy tuna and tofu and it was great! Her tofu is perfectly spiced and the spicy tuna, as I like it, vine and without Mayo the taste profile of the tuna. Great with some Thai iced tea. 10/10 would recommend everyone and will be back."
